PROCESS

How It Works

Become the host of your own professional youth academy tournament in four steps:

  1. Submit an enquiry using the contact form below.
  2. Receive our checklist and confirm whether your club meets the requirements.
  3. Take part in a short coordination call covering the date, age group and organisation.
  4. We take care of the rest: invitations, tournament operations and hotel coordination.
REQUIREMENTS

We Are Looking For

  • At least two well-maintained full-size pitches
  • A committed local team of volunteers
  • Changing rooms and sanitary facilities
  • We bring the teams – you provide the setting.

To ensure that the event runs smoothly, you are responsible for the on-site organisation as the host club: tournament management, referees, sports-oriented lunches for players and coaches, looking after the guests and ensuring smooth tournament operations.
