About Me

More than 20 years of experience in elite youth football tournaments.

My name is Markus Althof, and I have more than 20 years of experience organising youth tournaments and competitive matches for Bundesliga academy teams.

Through my previous work as a coach and scout in professional youth academy football, it is particularly important to me to offer youth players and coaches high-quality competitions. I place great emphasis on providing as much playing time as possible, attractive opponents and short waiting times to ensure that young talents receive the best possible development opportunities.

My goal is to create a platform that not only promotes the enjoyment of football but also supports the development and visibility of youth players. Every tournament should become an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

The development of the players is the clear priority of our competitive tournament format. The pressure to achieve a particular result is reduced, allowing players to perform under competitive conditions without being burdened by the pressure of a specific outcome. This enables participants to apply and test what they have learned in a practical setting.

From my own experience as a coach in grassroots and elite football, I know how important well-organised tournaments are for the development of young players. My vision is to create events that focus on fairness, enjoyment and opportunities to learn, allowing every participant to grow both as a player and as a person.

I consistently focus on two things: maximum playing time for every team and the opportunity to compete against as many professional youth academies as possible. Only those who play enough football and test themselves against strong opponents can fulfil their potential and provide their players with an unforgettable experience.
